From our first meeting with Pia we were were put at ease that she would lease our home like it was her own. Pia’s communication is efficient and easy to understand, drama free dealings with personality. The use of modern software makes everything so easy, when it comes comes to paperwork.

Emma has been genuinely helpful from the inspection on. Communication has been prompt and clear. If you would like an area to improve in, Contractor reliability has been poor with many giving very short notice, others not attending when booked through the agent and not following up (gutter guard installation).
