I've proudly been part of the Property Management industry for over 20 years and I've always believed in keeping things simple: be honest, be organised and treat people with respect. I've been in Property Management for 4 years, and I love the fast pace and variety of the job. I'm naturally detail-focused, so staying organised and keeping on top of everything is something I really enjoy - from scheduling inspections to following up maintenance and making sure every step of the tenancy runs smoothly. I believe that clear communication makes a big difference, and I like to make sure both owners and tenants feel supported and well-informed. I'm always happy to answer questions, talk things through and help take the stress out of the process. I bring a modern approach to the role, using technology and streamlined systems wherever possible, but I also value the personal side - being approachable, reliable and building trust with the people I work with. Even though I'm still early in my career compared to some, I take a lot of pride in doing things properly and paying attention to the small details that matter. Fantastic Real Estate Agent

The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks". Within 48 hours of speaking and seeing 2 open homes, we were approved. Sharon has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager. She was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and would make sure that things were promptly dealt with. She is a wonderful asset to the company. We will miss her and the team, and hope our paths cross again in the future.
