Excellent customer service and very professional

We had an excellent experience working with Soultani group. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire leasing process. They found us a fantastic tenant in a short amount of time, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

The team worked with us to ensure that thw property was rented out as soon as possible. Our property went out around the same time as a few other comparable properties on the same street, R&H Soultani Group provided valuable insights and advise during the listing and they did a good job in assessing the applicant. The rental statements was clear and straightforward. They had also kept us well informed on the maintenance requests, arranging for tradesmen promptly to attend to the request. One slight blip was a glitch in the payment of the first water bill which we had to make payment ourselves. Other then that, we are very happy with the services provided by them and we think we had definitely made the right choice in choosing them.

From my first contact with Peter Cox from Highland, the experience has been outstanding. After purchasing my property, Peter promptly put me in touch with the rental team being Brad & Kayla who contacted me within a very reasonable timeframe and answered all of the questions I had. Their communication style has been clear, professional and responsive throughout the entire process. I was kept informed at each stage, which gave me confidence that my property was being managed effectively. The team's market knowledge was evident from the outset. My single-bedroom property attracted two applications after the very first inspection, with one applicant proceeding to sign the lease.
