The Macarthur R. E. property management team carried out their roles with professionalism and were quickly responsive to any questions I had around the re letting process. The few maintenance issues requiring trade attendance were quickly dealt with. Overall the change over of tenancy was a seamless process.

Jess, Jade and Bethany were only a phone call away and were responsive to messages and emails. They kept me informed of the releasing procedures and tenant applications at every step of the way. Final choices on everything was obviously up to me but I followed their recommendations on all matters as they know real estate matters and i don't. They give me a full overview of the property after the Yearly- inspection, and give advice where necessary, on any improvement needed. Also allow me to make decisions based on the information they provide. Their market knowledge helps me keep up with any changes in Rental rates.
