Overview of Griffith

We couldn’t be happier with Michelle and Sophia from the Bowmans team. They manage both of our rental properties and have been fantastic to deal with from the very beginning. They helped us find two lovely families to rent our units, and the entire process was seamless. They are always prompt, transparent, and honest, which is exactly what we value. Their communication is excellent, and we have complete confidence in them managing our properties. We highly recommend Michelle, Sophia, and the Bowmans team to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and trustworthy property management team. Thank you both!

Sophia from Bowman’s realestate was a pleasure to work with, very polite and professional which I have come to expect at bowman’s as everyone there seems lovely.

They were professional and intentional. I liked their services.

Responsive: good communication quick response friendly service

Before the purchase was finalized, Michelle ensured the property was inspected pre- and post-cleaning, addressed our feedback promptly, and confirmed everything was rectified. She made sure the property was fully tenant-ready prior to settlement.

From the boss and staff very accomodating. Nice
