Needing to find new tenants after the previous ones had left the house in a terrible state, Ray White firstly set out making sure the house was beautifully presented for new tenants, and while this took some time as the house needed a lot of work, when it came time to find new tenants they worked swiftly and professionally. Meeting and vetting all prospective tenants to make sure they were well suited to the property has ensured that my new tenants are looking after the property as if it were their own.

During my family’s experience with Ray White Narangba was fantastic. As we live in nsw central coast they were more then happy to do a FaceTime inspection to look at the property. We handed in our applications in the next day and the girls at the office got right to work on the applications. They would keep us updated emailed us if they needed anything and if I had a question they were more then happy to help me out.
