Agencies in North Ipswich, QLD, 4305

I have been extremely impressed with the level of service, professionalism and genuine care shown by Crowne Real Estate Ipswich, particularly Emerence, who recently secured a tenant for my investment property in Hillcrest. Emerence was fantastic throughout the entire process — responsive, knowledgeable, proactive and always keeping me informed. What really stands out, however, is that this isn't just a one-off experience; the team continues to provide exceptional ongoing support and management across all of my investment properties held with them. I have complete confidence knowing my properties are being looked after properly and that any issues or questions are dealt with promptly and professionally. Emerence in particular has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, and her communication and commitment to achieving the best outcome for me as a landlord have been outstanding. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Crowne Real Estate Ipswich and Emerence to anyone looking for a property management team they can genuinely trust.

Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property. She is supported by a strong team at Crowne Real Estate.

Emerance and the team are incredibly attentive and responsive to all my property management needs. Loving the service so far and look forward to continuing to work with them. :)

NGU realestate is really professional in all of their areas.

Cassandra and the NGU rentals team have been so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Cassandra is warm and approachable as well as being highly knowledgeable about the area. She really made me feel in control every step of the way. She listened to what I needed in a tenant, was never pushy, and stayed flexible and transparent in her communication. I truly appreciated her professionalism and personal touch. Highly recommend!

I recently worked with Cassandra as an interstate investor, and her exceptional service made the experience truly outstanding. She went above and beyond, proactively marketing the property early and collaborating seamlessly with the seller’s agent to secure an excellent price that surpassed my expectations. Her professionalism and communication kept everything on track despite the distance.I especially appreciated Cassandra’s thoughtfulness in handling the collection and delivery of keys, which saved me significant time and effort as an interstate buyer. Her dedication to every detail, big and small, made the process smooth and stress-free. Cassandra is a highly professional, results-driven real estate agent, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for top-tier service.
