Overview of Oakhurst, NSW, 2761

I have been renting through lainge and Simmons mt druitt for over 20yrs and have nothing but great things to say about them . After renting the same unit for 20yrs , I recently moved and Lina Elbaz has been absolutely amazing. She is always willing and happy to answer any of my annoying questions and helped me greatly through the moving experience. With help from Maddy and actually the whole team are top notch at what they do and oh so friendly. I urge anyone out there to find a better real estate.

Very responsive and consistent updates while looking for tenants. Within a short period Maddy was able to find a tenant within her own network

I've been assisted by Katie and Hayley for my recent rental property, this is my first time renting and they have been super helpful and understanding of my requests. The process was easy and straightforward. Hayley is very kind and easy to communicate with, she responds quickly to my messages and requests. Thank you for all the help!

I highly appreciate the support and professionalism shown by my real estate Laing Simmons in Mount Druit throughout the entire process. They were extremely helpful with all my paperwork, ensuring everything was handled accurately and on time, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you so much Christen.

I wish to thank Jack, Lena, Christen and the wonderful Maddy for all the patience and understanding they showed me in getting me a new place to live and helping me manage all the on line stuff. You are the very best of the best. Thanks again.

the agency was professional and secured a tenant successfully with good market knowledge and negotiation skills. Communication was generally polite, but more flexibility in property viewings would be appreciated, as 15-minute slots can be tight if someone is delayed by traffic etc. Allowing slightly longer or more flexible viewing times would improve the overall experience.

Laing & Simmons were great to deal with both girls helped out amazingly

Great service as into quick response polite curtesy and quick to answer questions

I’ve had a great experience with Laing+Simmons Mount Druitt. They have always been very responsive and professional, especially when it comes to maintenance — whenever something needed to be fixed, they arranged repairs promptly. The team was easy to communicate with and genuinely helpful. They also went above and beyond by assisting me in finding a new house to rent, making the process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their support and would highly recommend them to other tenants.
