When the property falls vacant, the agency coordinates photography, hosts inspections, vets and process applications, carefully verifying applications to minimise the risk of potential problem tenants. They:- - process rent and disburse the collected funds to my nominated bank account monthly. - pay council rates, water rates, and strata levies on my behalf from the rental income. - provide monthly statements and end-of-financial-year statements.
