William, Mary, Daniella and the team are so helpful. Their professionalism is outstanding and they are more like friends than a real estate.
They were more than willing to help resolve any issues.
We had an awesome experience working with Vik and the team at Open Real Estate to rent out our property. From day one, everyone was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel effortless. Vik’s market knowledge was next level. He knew exactly how to position our property and had a great strategy - so good that he secured a tenant within just one week! We were also impressed with his comms - clear, timely, and always proactive. We never once had to chase for an update, he kept us looped in every step of the way. Overall, the experience was genuinely seamless and incredibly professional. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Vik and the Open Real Estate team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and all-round fantastic agent.

Swarnim property manager has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance issues were addressed promptly, communication was excellent, and I always felt respected and well informed. His attention to detail and commitment to providing great service made my rental experience a positive one. I highly recommend him to both tenants and landlords.

Saava real estate is highly proactive in managing my property. From managing evicted tenants to finding a new tenant has been a flawless experience. A shoutout to Gurinder who has keeping me in the loop as to the process and the progress. Thanks all at Saava real estate.
