We didn't get the first place we looked at, but the team at Ray White Forest Lake listened to our needs and kept us updated on new rentals coming up. This led to finding a great place in the desired location; after that, the team was very helpful and concise, making the move a breeze.

Frankie and his team was very professional and guided us since day one. It was our first time and we had no idea where to start but Frankie and his team made it very simple and explained everything.

From initial inspection with Kate to signing of documents, all members of the rental department including Jaylia have been fantastic, polite and always offering assistance if required.

We cannot thank enough for their friendly and professional support/ service for renting our 2nd property in Daisy Hill. We were under enormous pressure to empty the residential property within 2 weeks because of BOQ's lazy service (lost 1 week). David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing. EResidential have been great throughout my relationship with them. Ivan has been the best property manager and also gave me lot of expert advice on many issues related to my prooperty. His local knowledge of the area has been great. I would definately go with him in my next rental property also.

Ivan Chua was our property manager throughout our lease and he was great to deal with from start to finish. His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. We really appreciated his support and the positive experience he provided while managing the property.

I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.
