CCPM have been highly professional and personalized in their approach to managing our rental property. Kayla Burns is very efficient, and shows an excellent understanding of the changing market and the needs of landlords. Commuication is always timely, and consistently prompt liaising with service providers on behalf of tenants and of us and excellent processes and support with tenancy changeovers. I would recommend CCPM without hesitation as the team go over and above in their service and care.
