Great experience overall. With a recent leasing, Stephanie was very professional and helpful throughout the process. She especially gave advice on pricing and tenant selection, recommending a competitive yet strong advertised rent based on local knowledge and expertise.

Emmy was very responsive when the current tenant wanted to break their lease. Emmy quickly provided applications which I was able to vet for suitability. The result was that the property was rented well before the lease was due to end and within a few weeks of notification which saved the exiting tenant time and money. The property was then rented at the current market value with minimal disruption and financial loss to all parties. Thank you Emmy for your professionalism, patience, timely communication and expertise. Your assistance has been muchly appreciated from my perspective as a landlord.

A huge thank you to Steph and Diana for all their incredible help in securing our new rental property! They managed the timing perfectly, meaning we didn't have to overlap paying rent on two places for too long and were able to move in just before our previous lease ran out.
