Kayla Burns is very efficient, and shows an excellent understanding of the changing market and the needs of landlords. Commuication is always timely, and consistently prompt liaising with service providers on behalf of tenants and of us and excellent processes and support with tenancy changeovers. I would recommend CCPM without hesitation as the team go over and above in their service and care.

Communication around the new lease has been good. We have engaged Fall Real Estate for the last few years and have found them to be professional and capable. There have been a couple of times when communication could have been improved, such as repeatedly asking for a repair to be made and recently when our tenants said they had requested a one month extension on the lease, but we weren’t even aware they were leaving. However, overall we are satisfied. They are conscientious about inspections, we are kept informed and they are thorough - this was especially important when we were essentially living overseas. We feel that our properties are well looked after.
