I have been working with James Hayashi and Biance Lamey for a year. They are both extremely professional, very responsive, and totally on top of everything to assist with the management of my property. I worked with James shortly after purchasing an investment property in Randwick and he handled everything very well. He made a few recommendations to lease the unit, organised cleaners, managed minor renovations needed, and hosted multiple open house sessions to lease the unit as fast as possible. Once the unit was leased, his team continued to prove that they are a great partner to trust and work with. They are the best agency to work with in Sydney, highly recommended!
