Agencies in Paddington, NSW, 2021

Worked with Matt and his team several times now. Always pleased with the service and market knowledge

The team at Raine and Horne Double Bay and Bondi Beach have provided professional and practical rental services on my behalf for nearly 10 years. Our current agent Leila Gonzalez has continued that same hight standard since assuming responsibility for my property. She is proactive and communicates efficiently with me on all matters from lease renewal, rental payments, maintenance needs, tenant engagement etc. I highly recommend Leila and the team at R&H Double Bay and Bondi Beach.

Responsive, professional, tailored, and thoughtful. And on top of all that, got us a great result on our rental

I have been working with James Hayashi and Biance Lamey for a year. They are both extremely professional, very responsive, and totally on top of everything to assist with the management of my property. I worked with James shortly after purchasing an investment property in Randwick and he handled everything very well. He made a few recommendations to lease the unit, organised cleaners, managed minor renovations needed, and hosted multiple open house sessions to lease the unit as fast as possible. Once the unit was leased, his team continued to prove that they are a great partner to trust and work with. They are the best agency to work with in Sydney, highly recommended!

I have really enjoyed dealing with the team at RW Eastern Beaches. A combination of the systems, people, knowledge and attitude make it an easy and stress free experience.

James, Bianca and Luke have been amazing with helping us prepare and lease our properties. They have helped solve numerous issues big and small, offering great solutions while nothing has been an issue for them. We got great rental tenants that we feel more than comfortable with and excellent rental returns. All of our outgoings are covered so we don’t have to constantly monitor. We highly recommend leasing with James and his team. 🙂
