We had an excellent experience working with this agency. Emily was consistently professional while maintaining a relaxed and calm demeanour that made the entire process stress-free. Her communication was prompt, clear, and efficient, and she ensured every request I had was met. She kept the process simple, provided all necessary information, and demonstrated strong knowledge throughout.

I have moved to Mr Real Estate from another agency who struggled with letting out a property in need of some repairs. Tiarna and Haley from Mr Real Estate have taken on arranging the repairs (that the previous agent struggled with), gave multiple options and executed them as per the mutually agreed schedule. The communication has been prompt throughout and they have found tenants for the property immediately after the repairs were completed. I'm very happy with the journey so far.

RMW have been looking after our property in Yeppoon for over 12 months now and we have nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism and service. Our house recently flooded which was the last thing we needed at a time when we had lots of stress going on due to other circumstances. Belinda from RMW was on top of everything from the get go and had insurance and trades people onto the job immediately. She has been handling everything whilst we are on the other side of the country which has taken such massive burden/stress off our shoulders knowing it is in her very capable hands. We have had nothing but dramas with other properties that are with other managers so I cannot recommend Belinda and the RMW team more highly.

The Team at RMW are knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, obliging and supportive on a daily basis. My queries are always dealt with i a timely manner. Rory and Tegan have a down to earth approach and take on board my objectives in a positive and supportive manner.
