Josh has been fantastic to deal with and has consistently gone above and beyond for us. His communication is excellent, he is proactive, responsive and always keeps us updated. We found ourselves in a fairly sticky situation with a tenant, and Josh was excellent in helping us navigate through it. He remained professional and calm throughout, communicated clearly and worked through the issues to get us to a good outcome. What has really stood out is his willingness to help beyond what we would normally expect from a property manager. He takes genuine ownership, follows things through and has made managing the property from interstate much easier for us. We really appreciate everything Josh has done and would have no hesitation recommending him to other property owners.

Couldn’t recommend Jen from Kemp Real Estate enough! We deal with a few property mangers and she is by far the best one we have. Her communication is 10/10. She replies to any email you send straight away and always follows through with what she says she will do. She is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your property. Jen has sent us continuous house inspection reports, so we have peace of mind that our property is being well looked after. Any maintenance issues that we have had have been communicated clearly and promptly which has allowed us to resolve them in a timely manner.
