Agencies in Potts Point, NSW, 2011

Cemil was brilliant. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the property and no ask was too much for him. The turnaround from application to key was seamless and we couldn't be more grateful he played a part in securing our dream place! Thank you so much

Thanks for being really proactive and finding a tenant quickly. We really appreciated your down to earth approach.

Plamena has been very helpful and responsive throughout my tenancy. She communicates clearly and has been quick to follow up on maintenance issues and arrange repairs when needed. Overall, I’ve had a good experience dealing with her and the agency. I’d also like to mention Cemil, who was very friendly and helpful at the beginning and recommended suitable properties to me during the leasing process.

Village Property have managed the lease of my unit for over seven years. Throughout that time, I have been very happy with their service. They have always been prompt, professional and responsive, making the entire property leasing process stress-free. Their marketing consistently achieves great results, with minimal time between tenants and their communication has always been excellent. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable property management team.

The Team at Village have been nothing but exceptional. From finding tenants quickly, attention to repairs, replacing carpet - EVERYTHING done efficiently and with fuss.

Very professional and great communication throughout the leasing of my property. Highly recommended.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
