Very professional and prompt responses to queries

Efficient, friendly, nothing was ever a problem

They were super helpful and caring, I love that I’ve got the chance to take on my new studio thanks to them

Responsive to changing market conditions, difficulties with the condition the flat was left in and organising repairs and replacement.

As a tenant moving can be stressful and dealing with Mendel at CF made life easy. I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.

Jessica was quick to point out all the benefits of the property (of which there were many). I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way to make a quick decision. I didn't hesitate to request an application. The back-office support to process my application was first rate - and I am happy to say that I am now comfortly ensconced in my new home. Thank you Jessica and thank you C&F - Very professional people.

Dina is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She has handled every request I've made quickly, making the entire process smooth. Really appreciate her professionalism and support!

Market knowledge and friendly helpful property managers

Property management team is very responsive to any requests related to tenancy issues. Good knowledge of the market helps navigate through constantly changing times and address the issues. We have very good rapport most of the time. Oxford Agency proved to be very professional and ethical with dealings with me. I would not hesitate to recommend Oxford R/E to any one in need of reliable agent for either sale, buy or manage the property.
