Ruby was fantastic throughout the entire leasing process. She was incredibly efficient and went out of her way to organise an alternative inspection time that suited my schedule, which I really appreciated. She was always responsive and helpful whenever I needed something fixed or had any questions. What stood out the most was the thoroughness of the ingoing condition report—it was by far the most detailed and comprehensive report I’ve ever received as a tenant. It gave me confidence that everything had been properly documented and made me feel genuinely protected as a renter. Ruby made the whole experience smooth, professional, and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring leasing agent.

Nicola at Schwarz Real Estate has been managing my properties for over five years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her support. She consistently finds excellent tenants, handles refurbishments promptly, and deals with any issues with efficiency. I always feel well‑informed and confident that everything is in good hands. She is a truly outstanding property manager, and I appreciate her immensely.

Steph has made every step of this experience feel both personal and professional, making the leasing process aa breeze for us. Would recommend!
