We would like to take the opportunity to thank Dimitri & Harcourts Property Centre Office staff in Coorparoo for their help in being allocated the rental property 10 Jeetho Street, Holmview, Qld. On open day inspection visit we were met by Dimitri from Harcourts who introduced himself to us and proceeded to explain the inspection procedures and conditions to view the premises safely as there was quite a few interested parties wanting to do the viewing.We we’re very impressed with Dimitri’s manner and professionalism in keeping control of the many viewers and giving consideration to keep the property damage free was also a priority to him. After several days we were lucky enough to be contacted by Dimitri who informed us we had been successful in obtaining the property to rent, Dimitri is a person who seems to enjoy his career and gets a lot of satisfaction in making people happy through his efforts and dedication, he kept great communication with us throughout our moving in and could not help enough to ensure we had as easy as possible moving in.We would highly recommend anyone looking for rental property or advice to do so, to contact Dimitri as you will be guaranteed the best of attention at all times. Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team
