Jim McKeering Real Estate has been managing my property for the last eighteen years. I have never had any concerns during this time, they have been on the ball with tenants, maintenance, prompt statements and payments. I feel landlords are particularly well off with the owner of the business, John McKeering, also being a registered builder and has repairs and maintenance well in hand.
