Professional & personable service provided by the team at LJH Mudgeeraba. Great communication, always proactive to remedy any concerns or issues.

We recently rented our new home through LJ Hooker Mudgeeraba and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything progressed so quickly and smoothly, from viewing the property through to our application approval - special shout out to Leah and Shanelle who are absolutely wonderful to deal with — both were professional, friendly, and incredibly prompt with all communication. We’re so grateful for all their help, we love our new home and couldn’t recommend Leah, Shanelle, and the team at LJ Hooker highly enough!! 🙌🏼☺️

I recently changed property managers after a pretty frustrating experience with my previous one. My tenants gave plenty of notice they were leaving, but weeks went by with barely any progress — no real enquiry, no inspections happening, and the property was advertised at a price that just didn’t make sense. It honestly felt like nothing was getting done unless I chased it myself. Switching over to LJ Hooker Mudgeeraba was a complete game changer. From the first conversation with Shannelle and Leah, you could tell they actually cared and knew what they were doing. They were upfront, proactive, and just got things moving straight away. Within what felt like no time, everything was turned around. The property was advertised properly, an open home was organised (and actually well attended), and straight away there were multiple solid applications coming through. What really stood out was how quickly they handled everything — all the checks were done, and a new lease was agreed and signed within 24 hours. The service so far has honestly been outstanding. Shannelle and Leah have completely restored my confidence in having a property manager, and I finally feel like my investment is being looked after properly. I work in mortgage broking and deal with property professionals all the time, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to my clients. Really looking forward to working with them long term.
