Brooke is amazing. We had my brand new property online for over 30 days with not one application. Proactively Brooke paid attention and reached out to see if there was anything causing that. I made the decision to switch over just due to her proactive attitude. Within 4 days we had 4 applications and a tenant secured for the property. She has been super diligent in every aspect and we would have no hesitation highly recommending her as a property manager in the future.

David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing. Amanda was there, onsite, at the premises, when I showed up for the inspection. She didn’t leave it to a junior but was interested in the property and prospective tenants from the first day. With her encouragement, I got my application in early and she followed up with the owner when I was considering other places. She left me a message as soon as it was approved, which was exactly the reassurance I needed. The inspection report was a breeze and she followed up with my few questions without a drama. Thrilled to be here and in this place. No hesitation recommending them as a tenant, or an owner.
