I am very happy with the service provided by Place Estate Agents Woolloongabba. I have used their service for the last three years, since I purchased my property. The agent (Jake) communicated with me in a timely and professional way. Before the end of each lease, he would send me an email informing this very early and sent me information about the nearby rents. This allowed me to have plenty time to make informed decision of the next rental terms and conditions. With requests for additional services such as gardening or repairing things from the tenants, they would send me photos, messages from the tenants, and quotes from different services so I could select the most suitable ones. As a landlord living far away from my investment property, this timely and detailed communication is essential for me. I strongly recommend their service to other landlords.

Great communications when any issues came up, and made us aware we had an issue we hadn’t been told about by prior agency. Dealt with it comprehensively and was super collaborative in organising a bunch of repairs and a total mid-life refresh for the house, so it’s more functional, better for tenants and a better investment.
