He knew the property well. He didn’t pressure on the time I spent looking. He was great at liaising with the owner and quick to respond to me. Michael and his team have managed my house in Paddington for about ten years. In the wake of the recent housing market changes, my house required a new tenant. Murray Property managed a basic renovation and found excellent tradespeople. When it came to opens, Michael was in my corner and found a great tenant at a fair rent. He is a good communicator with regular updates and follow ups with potential tenants, and he can see both sides of a transaction.

Michael is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Everything was taken care of, even small details, and he is very keen to assist to help things go as smoothly as possible for his clients. He is very responsive and quick to act to get things moving. A pleasure to work with.

Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple.
