Overview of Roseville, NSW, 2069

I had the delight of being contacted by Nessie through a recent real estate search. She stood out from the other agents with her proactive approach and her passion for both her craft and clients - it was an easy decision for me to sign up with confidence knowing I could leave everything in her capable hands. Kate has managed the open home process with professionalism and a wonderful friendly approach. The team have secured an incredible tenant for me in what is currently a very challenging and saturated rental market.

Wonderful people to deal with. Easy to communicate with and Nessie has gone over and above to solve a problem for me. More than 110%. Professional is not good enough to describe them.

Responsive, professional, competent, achieved the objective and pleasant to deal with.

Tiffany at Shead has been our leasing agent for many years now. I value her guidance when we're evaluating propsective tenants and her advice on property maintenance / upgrades is always pragmatic and sensible. The true measure of success for a leasing agent is peace of mind and she gives us that in spades!

Getting new tenants

I have worked with Henry Tsang with several different tenants across two properties and he has been meticulous as well as having a big picture the situation. He is pleasant to deal with and has related to all the tenants respectfully and with wisdom.

Hockeys Property have always provided us with exceptional service and given us excellent advice in relation to the management of our unit at Roseville. Mitchell and Jane have an excellent knowledge of the market and are both very experienced in addressing the issues which arise from the management of the unit. Hockeys Property have always been able to secure very reliable tenants and we have no hesitation in recommending them without qualification.

Communication was clear and timely, making the whole process smooth. They showed strong market knowledge and gave helpful advice. Negotiation was handled professionally with a fair outcome. Overall, very reliable and easy to work with—I would recommend them.
