Agencies in Sandy Bay, TAS, 7005

The team was professional and timely with their communication. There were issues outside of their control regarding settlement of another property which delayed the exit of previous tenants, but the team handled it well, kept me informed and did the best for everyone involved.

The agents at Downton property are professional yet down to earth and approachable. What I like best is that there isn't any 'attitude', they all have great work ethic and do their best to help you, while always being good communicators. They are a great alternative to the other 'big' companies who might look glossy but don't deliver, or if they do, it is highly impersonal. I highly recommend Downton Property to manage any business related to your property.

I had a truly amazing experience with Downton Property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Kelly and the entire team. From the very beginning, Kelly was incredibly professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made the whole experience feel effortless and always took the time to answer my questions and keep me informed. It was clear from day one that she genuinely cared about helping me and making sure everything went smoothly. The entire team at Downton Property was fantastic. Everyone was approachable, helpful, and professional, and their attention to detail really stood out. It’s not often that you come across a team that combines such a high level of professionalism with such a personal and friendly approach. I felt supported throughout the entire process and always knew I was in good hands. Kelly and the team went above and beyond my expectations, and I’m incredibly grateful for all their help. I would highly recommend Downton Property to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring team. Thank you, Kelly and the whole team, for such an amazing experience! You were absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend you highly enough.

We had an excellent experience with Melissa Groves at Harrison Agents Hobart for our lease. From the very first inspection through to handover, Melissa was professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. She kept us well informed at every stage, answered all our questions promptly, and made what can often be a stressful process feel effortless. It's clear she takes pride in her work and looks after both landlords and tenants with care. We can't recommend Melissa highly enough — a real credit to the Harrison Agents team.

Being an interstate owner, I am very happy with the relationship I have with Harrisons. from the outset of purchasing the property I felt that everything was and is still explained thoroughly to me. if maintenance is required usually several quotes are obtained, and nothing will proceed without the owner's consent. All statutory costs like rates and emergency devices are addressed by the agent who takes away the stress of personally attending to these matters. The agents are always readily available and reply promptly both to queries or should the call go to voicemail. The office is pleasant, professional and proficient
