Overview of Scarborough, WA, 6019

Molly Michell was super easy to communicate with and quickly filled my place with new tenants.

I honestly can’t thank Molly enough for all her help and support! From the time she showed us around the apartment, she was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and she immediately made us feel really looked after and at ease. She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole process of signing our new lease, and went above and beyond for us, especially with all the negotiations. She was always approachable and happy to help, which made everything feel so much easier and less stressful! We really appreciated all the time, effort and care she put in for us and we couldn’t recommend her enough — thank you so much for everything Molly!

Molly was very efficient in finding a quality tenant for our property, at the best price, after marketing, advertising, conducting a home open event & reviewing the numerous applications submitted. We are thankful for the fast turnaround for our unit, with only 2 weeks of vacancy before new tenants commenced their occupancy, with full rental income reinstated. Highly recommend Molly at Xceed.

Rimi was great help in showing us around the apartment, and was quick to respond with any queries we had afterwards. A very personable and engaged agent and made the viewing a very pleasant experience. Thank you for the help :)
