I have been thoroughly impressed with the property management team at Ray White AKG. From the initial onboarding to the day-to-day handling of my rental property, their communication has been clear, prompt, and transparent. They take a proactive approach to maintenance and tenant relations, which gives me complete peace of mind knowing my investment is in capable hands. I highly recommend their services to any landlord looking for a reliable, professional, and stress-free management experience. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Phoebe Raddatz at Ray White AKG. Phoebe provides transparent communication, manages situations with great care, and is always highly professional. Thanks

We have 3 properties that RWM manage for us. They have always been on top of everything. In particular, Brodie H is awesome at managing our properties. She is an excellent communicator and problem solver.

I previously had a disappointing experience with this agency due to the constant turnover of property managers and a lack of communication. At one point, I was seriously considering moving my property to another agency. However, things completely turned around when Brodie took over the management of my property. She has been absolutely fantastic — proactive, highly responsive, and always on top of things. Her communication is excellent, and she consistently gets things done efficiently. What really stands out is her ability to anticipate potential issues and address them before they become problems. Brodie has restored my confidence in the agency, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication she brings to her role. Highly recommended.

We’ve had an exceptional experience with our property manager. He’s incredibly friendly, professional and always quick to respond whenever we need anything. His communication is fantastic, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He’s genuinely approachable, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Communication was clear and concise and response times were prompt and efficient. I would recommend this team for future tenancy or any property agreements.

EResidential have been great throughout my relationship with them. Ivan has been the best property manager and also gave me lot of expert advice on many issues related to my prooperty. His local knowledge of the area has been great. I would definately go with him in my next rental property also.
