Once we took ownership of the property MPM arranged all the marketing, open houses, applications very professionally. They took the time to review the current rental market providing a comprehensive document showing available listings in the immediate area and some comparison listings from other areas to give context to the property and expected rental return. More importantly their screening of potential applicants was very thorough, which gave peace of mind to who could move into the property.

They were very knowledgeable and communicated with us the whole time keeping us up to date along the whole process. Extremely professional.

Ivan Chua was our property manager throughout our lease and he was great to deal with from start to finish. His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.

Mel at Social Realty is an outstanding example of investment property management. I was not particularly happy with our existing property manager and when I found out that Mel, whom I had worked with when she was with a previous agency, I jumped at the chance to have her involved in our Brisbane property. Mel is an expert in all aspects of managing properties, has excellent product knowledge, is amazingly responsive and a wonderful communicator. Five stars all round.
