Agencies in South Hobart, TAS, 7004

Sophie has been a delight. She always responds promptly to our questions and concerns. This is our second experience of finding a rental property with this agency and the team has been extremely supportive and fun to deal with. Highly recommend Alison and Sophie as dedicated and professional Property Managers.

Excellent communications whether by phone, email or text, even written docs

I have used Kate Storey Realty to manage my rental property for many years, through several different tenancies. Their approach is professional but also personal and they have been constantly reliable. They are quick to respond to any concerns and have often gone above and beyond my expectations. They have brought me peace of mind that my lovely property is in good hands. They have very efficiently vetted prospective tenants and achieved a good rental return on my investment. I would also like to mention that I am aware that the tenants feel respected and happy with their experience with Kate Storey Realty. This is important to me; Happy tenants are good tenants. I highly recommend the Kate Storey Realty team.

Harcourt Kingston have been my agents for more than 10 years. Michael and Elisha have consistently impressed me with their professionalism, responsiveness and excellent communication. Michael and Elisha give me the confidence that they know the property and are careful in the selection of tenants. They provide me with regular inspection reports and advise me of any maintenance issues which are identified. They are responsive to my and tenants’ maintenance requests and/or queries. They are a pleasure to work with.

Our experience with Michael and the Team at Harcourts in Kingston has been fantastic. We’ve dealt with them on two separate properties now and in all instances they have been great communicators, responsive, professional, and have genuinely helped make the experience for us as easy as possible. Our most recent experience was nothing short of fantastic, with the entire process happening so smoothly, and much of our information retained and used from the previous transaction, which really simplified the entire process for us. We’d recommend the Harcourts Team to anyone - they are excellent!

Clear, succinct communication; helpful with enquiries and understanding of my value as a tenant.
