Agencies in South Hobart, TAS, 7004

Great, clear communication and always available with an update. Smoothest application process I've had!

Our agent is very proactive in term of finding tenants, lease renewal, house inspection, collecting rental fees and managing bills. Our property is well looked after. Our questions are answered timely and efficiently.

Kendall and the team at Petrusma property were both accommodating and supportive and worked with me to find a property. This was really appreciated especially with the added stress of moving from interstate. Highly recommend this team.

CPPM filled a gap in the agent market I didn't think quite still existed. They display excellence in personability as well as professionalism, and their trust is second to none. Highly recommend Yevonne and Nicky.

Communicating with CPPM Sandy Bay has been very comfortable and easy. From the moment I stepped into the office I felt like I was talking to real people, that wore a smile. That goes a long way.

Adam keeps me in touch with what's happening with the property without overwhelming me with details. He responds quickly to my queries, and if we hae to go back and forth about a quote to repair something, for example, I don't have to wait a week for a reply. When he interviewed potential tenants for a new lease recently, Adam sent me a very user-friendly synopsis of the interested parties and his assessment that was the basis for a good phone conversation. He is very professional in his dealings with me, and from what I can tell in his dealings with contractors and tenants on my behalf. I feel well taken care of!

Emma was friendly, quick to respond and very helpful in the process of applying and securing my rental.

Working with Emma and Mark has once again proven to exemplify the service industry. They made the process simple, effortless and transparent while ensuring quality of delivery all throughout the entire process. I will most definitely be engaging them again for any future leasing needs.

I found Elyse to be very professional in her communications with me. I felt she was a good listener and had a great market knowledge.
