From our first meeting with Pia we were were put at ease that she would lease our home like it was her own. Pia’s communication is efficient and easy to understand, drama free dealings with personality. The use of modern software makes everything so easy, when it comes comes to paperwork.

For the past two years, we have had excellent tenants and we have just released the property and as expected, the process was smooth and drama-free. Two years ago when we prepared our home for lease, I met with 5 leasing agents, and it was clear that Vivid were the best. They specialise in property management, the team are responsive and professional, and we remain glad that they're our agents - especially as we live so far away from our investment property.
