Overall, my experience with my property manager has been positive, and I appreciate the work that goes into managing the property. However, I do feel there is room for improvement, particularly when it comes to communication and follow-up. I find that I often need to send reminders or follow up on matters that I feel are fairly straightforward. There have also been occasions where emails have gone unanswered, requiring additional follow-up from my end. While I understand that everyone has a busy workload and things can occasionally be missed, I would appreciate more proactive communication and timely responses. These experiences have influenced the rating I have given. My intention is not to be overly critical, but to provide honest feedback that I hope will help improve the overall service.
First time land lords and honestly raywhite Jimboomba have made it the smoothest transition possible. Worked with us and how we wanted to have things set up. Was clear with processes and guidelines. Always greeted with a smile and warmth ! Will be recommending to everyone !
