No complaints at all with Belle Hope Island's Property Management. The did what they said with a minimum of fuss. So far so good.

Tenants late for rent every single week. Always behind and we need to chase them to fix. Fobbed off when we raise issues constantly

The Hope Island Belle team and especially Meaghan surpassed our expectations and we look forward to a long term rental management relationship. Highly Recommend.

I have been having my property with RE-MAX managed for quite a while and they have been looking after it very well. I suggest this agency to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy agency and team. Great service, prompt action

The team that I dealt with at Remax were responsive and professional. It made my experience as a tenant stress free, knowing if something needed to be addressed it would be dealt with professionally with all parties in mind. Having property managers like this for my properties in the past would have put my mind at ease.

Since engaging Remax to manage my property Mel my property manager has been amazing. Dealing with a number of difficult scenarios. Mel is always pleasant to deal with great communication keeping me updated at all times. Mel has made herself available even on her days off which has been greatly appreciated. I changed to Remax and glad I made the change.

Very helpful and professional. Clear communication and attention to detail. Excellent support.

Our property was leased on the first inspection, it's a great job, Jess. We are happy with the professional service at Harcourts Marketplace so far.

Jess and Tegan at Harcourts Marketing place have been invaluable in the management of my property. I've gone from wanting to dispose of my asset to now renting at 25% increase from rent previously received. Communications are great, and they are a preactive friendly managers!
