Agencies in Southbank, VIC, 3006

Lovely staff who have been very quick and efficient in helping sort out a few small issues in my recent move.

I moved into my first place and Sarah (the agent) has been very helpful with the few things i've needed a hand with. She was quick with replies and getting back to me and made moving very easy and clear. She is good at her job and it shows. After dealing with a few, the good ones are quite obvious and Sarah is one of them :)

Approachable and organised

From the beginning of my rental application, it was very easy and stress free, especially for a first time renter. I’m absolutely loving my new rental 🎉

I would like to take this opportunity to personally acknowledge and thank Mr Tony Brakis and he’s associates, for his exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout the leasing process of our new property. Tony has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. His prompt communication, efficiency, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond have made the entire process seamless and stress-free. His dedication, approachable manner and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction are a credit to both himself and the agency he represents. It is refreshing to deal with a real estate professional who takes such pride in his work and consistently delivers on his commitments. Tony is an outstanding agent who sets an exceptional standard in the real estate industry. His professionalism, integrity and genuine care for his clients deserve recognition, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone. Tony, you are an absolute asset to your organisation, and I sincerely hope your management recognises and appreciates the exceptional level of service you provide. Thank you once again, Tony. Your efforts have certainly not gone unnoticed, and both Michael and I sincerely appreciate everything you have done for us.
