The rent was also set at the correct amount as 10 people on the first opening (Saturday) advised they would apply to rent the unit. The renter was then signed up early afternoon on the Monday. We had a tenant that didn’t pay rent for months and caused Daniella and her team a lot of extra work. I would also like to say that Bulent Topcu who handled our property has done an excellent job. He organised the renovations we did and found us new tenants very quickly. And Mikaela Horsnell was a pleasure to deal with and a great help to us. This is a really great team of people. I thought the last managing agent was doing a good job but I can see now that Harcourts are immeasurably better.
