Agencies in Southport, QLD, 4215

We had some issues with the prevoous agent and Jacinda was very diligent in sorting out the issues and transferring our business across to Harcourts. Very knowledgeable and helpful, very satisfied with our decision to move our property across to Harcourts

Dale went over and above getting the property as tidy as possible for the new tenant to move in.

Very good communication skill and kind attitude, especially Dale, quite nice lady very helpful

After two really disappointing experiences with property agencies, I honestly didn’t think I would find an agency that would genuinely care for my home as if it were their own. Then I picked up the phone and spoke to Ben. Within minutes, I felt like I had finally found someone who understood exactly how I wanted my property to be managed. Ben was prompt, transparent and honest from the very beginning. The reassurance he gave me made me feel like I was no longer just another number on an agency’s books. The transition to JMO was incredibly smooth, and most importantly, my house was tenanted within the very first week of them taking over! 🙌🏽 That, to me, speaks volumes about their commitment and approach. I’m really looking forward to building a great relationship with JMO and, hopefully, enjoying many years of having people who genuinely care for my property looking after it. Thank you, Ben, and the JMO team! ⭐️

I have no hesitation in recommending JMO Property Group. It is wonderful peace of mind knowing that all the associated 'checks & balances' with a rental property are taking place. The professionalism, prompt responses and reliability are refreshing. Thankyou

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Ben from JMO Property. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and his excellent knowledge of the local property market gave me a lot of confidence as a first-time landlord. From our initial conversations through to the property being leased and the lease being signed, Ben communicated everything clearly and kept me informed at every stage. As this was my first time leasing out a property, having someone who was knowledgeable, approachable and willing to explain the process made the experience so much easier. I really appreciated Ben’s professionalism, communication and willingness to help throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and JMO Property to anyone looking at leasing out their property.

We have been incredibly impressed with our Property Manager, Sid. As we’re not local to the area, having someone we can trust to look after our property gives us great peace of mind, and Sid has been exceptional in doing just that. Sid is always friendly, honest and approachable, and is more than happy to offer advice whenever matters arise. He is proactive, has a genuine can-do attitude, and consistently gets things done efficiently and without fuss. We feel very lucky to have Sid managing our property and knowing it is in such good hands. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sid to anyone looking for a reliable, proactive and trustworthy property manager.

Sid and the Team, did a fantastic job helping me rent my property. They provided honest advice, marketed the home effectively, and secured quality tenants in a short time.
