I have been with Chisholm & Gamon Property Elwood as property managers since 2021 and have found them to be excellent to deal with. I shifted from another property manager in St Kilda, as I was disappointed with, due to lack of service and haven't looked back. I used Chisholm & Gamon Elwood as a renter and knew they would be great. Tina Kelly has been excellent at working with me, to obtain the right tenants and securing the best outcomes for all including the tenants. I have had a couple of tenant change over since 2021, but the property is always leased within a number of week. This even occurred in the middle of COVID lockdowns. I am thankful to the support they have offered me and my tenants. Making the experience a good one for all.

I leased my property at the start of 2023 and as a landlord I’ve felt very taken care of by my property manager Ashleigh. She is a great communicator, very efficient, easy to get an hold of and does her job extremely well.

An inspection should be done at a time that provides the required time and light to be effective. Because the inspection missed something significant, our tenant was inconvenienced while the issue (reported by the tenant) was fixed.

My experience dealing with Marcel was excellent, he was very understanding during the time when the previous property manager left the company. He stepped in and proactively managed open inspections, leasing, and followed up applications. Marcel resolved my concerns at a high level of professionalism!
