Agencies in Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102

I rented my property in February this year with Nick, Lisa, and the team. The leasing process was seamless with communication at every stage. I get my rental statements on time, I am kept in the loop with any issues and I know if I ever have any questions I will get a quick response. I couldn’t be happier I chose Your Haven and would recommend them to anyone

These guys deliver excellent service. Thanks for caring about the work you do!

Emma did a fantastic job looking after us during our stay in the apartment. She was friendly, professional, and always quick to respond whenever we had any questions or concerns. Her prompt communication and willingness to help made our stay smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated her excellent hospitality and would highly recommend her to anyone staying at the property.

We had an excellent experience with the property management Place Estate Team specially to our property manager Emma, from the beginning to the end of our tenancy. She’s is always professional, reliable, and incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Any maintenance requests or concerns were addressed promptly, and communication was consistently clear and friendly. The whole Place team was approachable, fair, and made renting a positive, stress-free experience. Thank you for making our tenancy such a positive experience!

We have had a wonderful experience with Place Estate Agents Woolloongabba, particularly through the exceptional support of our property manager, Emma Christie. Emma has consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care throughout our tenancy. One aspect we particularly appreciated was her willingness to seek the owner’s approval to extend our lease, helping us align our housing arrangements with our personal schedule and circumstances. Her proactive communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we felt genuinely supported every step of the way. Emma has also been incredibly attentive whenever maintenance or repairs were required. Any issues with equipment or property maintenance were addressed promptly and efficiently, with clear communication and regular updates. Her proactive approach ensured that concerns were resolved quickly, giving us confidence that the property was being well managed and that our comfort as tenants was a priority. Beyond her efficiency, Emma has always been approachable, courteous, and professional. She demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to providing a positive experience for both tenants and property owners. It’s rare to find a property manager who is so responsive while also being genuinely invested in achieving the best outcomes for everyone involved. We are extremely grateful for Emma’s support and would highly recommend both her and the team at Place Estate Agents Woolloongabba to anyone seeking professional, reliable, and tenant-focused property management services. Thank you for making our tenancy such a positive experience.

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.

Scott is so professional, organised,& easy to communicate with. Jess is proactive, pleasant & professional also. They made our process smooth & effortless.

We very much appreciate the professionalism of Arran in managing our properties and dealing with sometimes difficult matters in an efficient manner. Arran is a pleasure to deal with, her communication and responsiveness is a credit to the organisiation in looking after both ourselves and our tenants. We recently moved an additional property to Belle due to Aaran's competence and dedication. Harrison has been proactive in obtaining the best market rental return possible whilst keeping the vacancy rate as low as possible.

We didn't get the first place we looked at, but the team at Ray White Forest Lake listened to our needs and kept us updated on new rentals coming up. This led to finding a great place in the desired location; after that, the team was very helpful and concise, making the move a breeze.

Frankie and his team was very professional and guided us since day one. It was our first time and we had no idea where to start but Frankie and his team made it very simple and explained everything.

Frank is the best person

Harcourts have been managing one of our investment properties for more than 40 years and the team are excellent. Thanks to Jacqui, Monique and team.

Over many years of management of my properties I have found Harcourts Local Clayfield to be consistantly professional, communicative and helpful.
