I have a few properties managed by Sandy and the team at Smith & Li, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They take care of everything for me, so I don’t have to worry. Sandy keeps me in the loop about all my rentals and is quick to handle any issues that come up. The communication is clear and regular, which gives me peace of mind. It’s great knowing my properties are well looked after. I’m happy to recommend Smith & Li to anyone needing trustworthy property managers.

Sandy has managed our property for a few years now, and we’re always happy with her service. We just had new tenants move in, and the whole process was easy and smooth—just like always. Sandy kept us updated at every step, so we always knew what was happening. She answers our questions quickly and makes everything simple for us. We feel our property is in good hands and trust Sandy and the Smith & Li team completely. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

I have been a landlord with Your Heaven since 2023, and I have consistently been impressed by the exceptional service provided by Nick and Lisa. Managing a property from interstate can be challenging, but their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail have made the process seamless. Nick and Lisa always go above and beyond to ensure my property is well managed. They adhere closely to rental regulations and guidelines while also prioritizing the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of the tenants. Their communication is prompt, transparent, and reliable, giving me complete confidence that my property is in good hands. I highly recommend the team at Your Heaven to anyone looking for dedicated and professional property managers. Their commitment to both property owners and tenants is truly outstanding.

Nick and his team were punctual with finding a new tenant for my investment property. I was kept up to date regularly with the listing, open homes and applications received. Their vetting process of tenants was quick which meant minimal down time for my property. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone searching for a great property manager.

Q Realty is a professional property manager. Their representatives are courteous and kind.

This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Both Harry Stallman and Adele Romans have been absolutle professionals and just a delight to work with. They have just made the process so easy for us and I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough to others.

Scott is so professional, organised,& easy to communicate with. Jess is proactive, pleasant & professional also. They made our process smooth & effortless.

We very much appreciate the professionalism of Arran in managing our properties and dealing with sometimes difficult matters in an efficient manner. Arran is a pleasure to deal with, her communication and responsiveness is a credit to the organisiation in looking after both ourselves and our tenants. We recently moved an additional property to Belle due to Aaran's competence and dedication. Harrison has been proactive in obtaining the best market rental return possible whilst keeping the vacancy rate as low as possible.

Harcourts have been managing one of our investment properties for more than 40 years and the team are excellent. Thanks to Jacqui, Monique and team.
