Highland Inner West property management team is exceptional. Their market knowledge, professionalism, and above all, their dedication have helped us through a challenging period in finding the right tenants for our beloved house in Newtown. Angie and Harry are really helpful and responsive. They have taken away all worries a landlord may have. Thank you!

Highland were great to deal with. They were and continue to be very responsive to all queries and concerns. The process from viewing, negotiation and offer etc was seamless and easy from a human and system perspective.

The service provided was completely professional and supportive. From the 1st contact I felt embraced and supported which made this hard time so much easier

Rocco has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of getting our property ready for rent. He's taken the time to understand our needs and objectives, and has gone above and beyond to make the process as straightforward as possible. His communication has been excellent, he's always approachable and easy to deal with, and it's clear he genuinely cares about the properties he looks after. We've really appreciated his support and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Rocco was very transparent with from the beginning on his thoughts of how we should approach this and what to expect. Kept me updated and gave me his insights along the way. Was also willing to attend the property on my behalf when I needed people to come in to do works/install something.

Greg really kept me in the loop regarding the status of every instruction and prospective tenants, as well as excellent advice around repairs required.

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
