Kitty Lo and Aurora were excellent, experienced and handled the situation of a tenant in arrears and refusing to move with common sense, purpose and assertiveness whilst still maintaining humanity and compassion for the tenant. It was a very difficult and complicated situation which involved the NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) as well as cleaners, gardeners and Removalists to help shift the previous tenant (who was very much in arrears). Kitty then very successfully found a new tenant for the property. She was very skilful but also sensible and maintained good standards for finding a good tenant. Thank you Kitty and Aurora. The girls at Ray White Carlingford have been awesome to deal with, thanks Lulu and Tahlia.

With it being the first time leasing our apartment, Adele and Lulu were helpful and communicative. They responded quickly to all of our questions throughout the process. Overall, we’re very satisfied with their effort in finding a suitable tenant and would highly recommend the Carlingford branch.

Adele Sirang and the whole Ray White team were efficient and courteous handling the the rental of the property. They inspected the property after the old tenants moved out and advised and facilitated the minor repairs needed prior to the new tenants moving in. Several candidates were keen after the first open home and a suitable applicant was picked guided by Adele and the team. They have been looking after property for several years now and we will continue to use them in the future as we are extremely happy with the service the continue to give us.
