They were very good with communicating, whenever we had questions or wanted some information they were very quick to respond to emails. I never felt like we were left in the dark about anything that was going on, and it made the whole process a lot smoother.

The team at Ray White West End, go above and beyond to be of service to us as landlords. They are prompt in dealing with issues and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always polite and respectful. They take their job seriously and in all the years we have been with them, they have been true professionals with every aspect of looking after our unit. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Jessica - leasing consultant - is always very energetic and enthusiastic! In this last rental, there was hardly any gap between tenants. Jess was also a great sounding board to help me choose which tenant to offer the house to. I do trust her judgement and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
