I have been very happy since Rohit took over managing my property. He has strong communication skills to both myself and the tenants which is very important. I appreciate his motivation and drive to complete tasks to complete tasks efficiently.

Place has excellent record keeping with an easy to use portal. They are also good at advising of issues, returning calls and arranging repairs/maintenance as required. Their reports are well written, have photographs and overall just make it very easy to keep an eye on your property.

Earlier this year my tenants gave notice that they would need to break lease early. The Your Haven team managed to find new renters who were able to move in on the same day that the previous tenants had departed. The situation was handled perfectly and ensured that I had no gap in rental income over the period. Awesome work from the Your Haven team, as per usual.
