Very pleased with the agent an the staff always ready to help .Excelente communication.

Thank you Kate for your good service,

I have been very happy with the management of my rental property by the SOCO team. The marketing resulted in great tenants. The online accounts are very easy to use and they communicate promptly with any issues or to my enquiries. They have excellent connections to reliable tradesmen if any issues or maintenance is required. I am happy to recommend SOCO to take the stress out of property management.

First time I have used the team for a rental. 2 days on the market and these guys had a tenant ready to move in the house. Very happy with the way they conduct their business.

From the first contact to leasing our property, the team at Harcourts prestige demonstrated excellent market knowledge, timely response to our questions, professionalism all through and got our property leased in no time. Been a really helpful agency for us.

Ernest and Team at Austpro have been my property managers for over a year now and they have been absolutely fantastic so far. Very smooth sailing with all property related dealings. I don't have to worry about anything as everything from inspections to tenant handling etc., is taken care of 100%. I get a very clear and concise property earning report clearly detailing all outgoings every month. Absolutely will recommend to anyone looking for quality property managers. Ernest at Austpro is who you've been looking for!

We are provided with exceptional services during the property findings, settlement, handover, improvement works after settlement and tenant selection. The Agent - all representatives provided us a good service in a timely manner. We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Our phone calls and emails were returned as practicable and courteous manner. We are looking forward to experience the journey of our next stages. I would recommend the Agent to others for their services.

I've used O'Neill realestate for several years now. Laurinda has always been professional and knowledgeable about the market, especially my area. Laurinda has always been available and patient in guiding me through the process of renting out my property. I would recommend O'Neill.

Simply put, they made our lives a lot easier and simpler by doing all the work for us at a low cost. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get into real estate.
