Overview of Thornlie, WA, 6108

Me and my partner were viewing a property for rent by century21, and before arriving i didnt have hope because its hard too get your foot in the door with limited properties going up for rent. Upon arrival we were greated by one of the property managers Mihi, she was professional and very welcoming after viewing the house we took home a paper application. Mihi then informed us that at Century21 they like too personally call people and do the checks. (That gave me some hope) Any queries that I had I emailed Laylah and I would always get a fast response :) We got the house!!!! Yay Cant wait too make new memories I really would like too commend Century21 BrockHurst Team for making sure we understood everything and for showing us that there are still teams out there that care about both landlord and tenant.

My property is not without its challenges so it requires a particularly committed and thorough agent. Laylah at Century 21 Team Brockhurst certainly ticks both of those boxes and more. When it comes to ongoing maintenance work, I appreciate she keeps my need for good value forefront.

Dealing with Melissa was great, she handled the whole process professionally and makes life very easy all the way. I will recommend to family and friends for renting. Trish is also great, full of experience and great personality. Both Melissa and Trish are very easy to deal with.

The housing Market is not great. The house we are renting is not great. But you know what’s great? Sharni. She’s very responsive and open to conversation, unlike some other agents like Lisa Bennett from Ray White Urban Spring (avoid her like a plague. She’s one cold blooded *****) Even though the house maybe old and problematic, Sharni doesn’t shy away from handling it like a pro. She wasn’t defensive and does her job. If she could provide outstanding service with an old crappy house, imagine what she could do if it’s a good house. I’d recommend Sharni.
