They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent. I would highly recommend them for any Realestate business, they have a great knowledge of our area.

I recently undertook renovations at my townhouse. It involved several trades. Quotations were passed on to me for approval Co-ordination of the work was effective. Nikki initially and then Jayda were thorough. They kept me informed of progress at all times. The standard of the work done was excellent . The entire job was done in a very reasonable time. It was a pleasure dealing with both agents.

We recently bought an investment property in Gungahlin and decided to have the property managed by Nikki and the team at Raine & Horne Gungahlin. We have been very pleased with their service to date. They quickly found an excellent tennant paying an excellent weekly rate for rent (more than what we were expecting). They have also quickly and efficiently resolved a few initial queries that the tenant had after he moved in. We really appreciate their breadth of experience and highly recommend them if you are looking for a property manager for a rental property. Rowena (the landlord)
